RT5753 是輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V-6V、負載能力為 3A、簡單易用的同步 Buck 轉換器，其參考電壓為 0.6V，集成低 R_DS(ON) MOSFET 功率開關，使用 WDFN-8L 2x2 和 WDFN-8SL 2x2 封裝。
RT5753 使用改進型固定導通時間（ACOT^®）控制架構，瞬態回應速度快，週邊元件少，在各種工作條件下的工作頻率都幾乎保持不變。輕載條件下，RT5753A/C/E/F 自動運行於 PSM 工作模式以維持其高轉換效率，RT5753B/D 則以強制 PWM 模式工作已確保滿足電壓調整精度的要求。
RT5753 在上下橋都實施電流檢測以實現強勁的過流保護性能，逐週期實施的電流限制保護可確保器件在輸出端短路、過流和電感飽和等情形下也不會造成災難性的後果，內建的軟啟動功能可避免出現啟動時出現電流衝擊，它還同時具備輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護、過壓保護（RT5753AL/BL/CL/DL/EL/FL）和過熱保護功能，可在各種工作條件下確保安全、平穩地運行。
